Princes Cottage is a stylish, south east facing cottage, newly refurbished, yet retaining its original charm. Tucked away, yet only yards from West Looe's bustling harbourside with boat trips, pubs, cafes and shops. The beginning of The South West Coast Path is nearby. A perfect centre for Cornish holidays with all facilities within easy reach and plenty to explore in the vicinity.

• Access is up a short flight of steps which lead to the front door. The original inner staircase is quite steep.
• On the ground floor you enter by the kitchen which leads into the lounge/ dining room.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric double oven, microwave, washing machine/dryer, fridge etc.
• The lounge/dining room has a sofa, 2 cane armchairs, tv/dvd player, dining room table and 4 chairs and a gas aga fire.
• The first floor 1 twin bedded room.
• 1 double bedded room that has views over West looe harbour.
• A modern bathroom which has a shower over an extra wide bath, toilet and wash basin.
• Centrally heated.
• Washing line outside.
• Sorry no pets and no smoking.
• No parking, however 3 car parks in the vicinity
• Small patio with outside furniture and views of the harbour.
• Gas central heating and electricity included.
• Linen and towels provided.
• Short breaks available.
