Up several steps to front door leading to landing which leads either to upper level or lower level.

Upper Level
Large fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer etc. Breakfast bar seating for 3.

Open plan kitchen leads into the lounge with 2 sofas and woodburner ( first basket of logs provided). Equipped with digital tv/dvd player.

Lower Level
1 double bedded room with digital tv.
1 single bedded room.
Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and wash basin.
