Beautiful cottage in the picturesque village of Polperro. The cottage has been equipped to a very high standard to make your holiday a memorable one. There is covered parking adjacent to the cottage. All the amenities of Polperro are within walking distance, including many restaurants and public houses. All serving a wide variety of local beers and food. The ground floor is semi openplan. To the left is the sitting room with comfortable seating and TV, to the right is the dining area with window looking to Polperro. The kitchen is complete with a full size oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a full range of cutlery and utensils. Upstairs we have two delightful bedrooms with double beds. Both bedrooms look out on to Crumplehorn and Polperro. Both bedrooms have clothes storage and dressing tables. There is a superb bathroom with over bath shower wash basin etc. The property has central heating. All linen is provided and the electricity is included. Outside there is a private patio area. |
